It's annoying to go there at 10 am when they open and here it is 10:30 and doors are still locked.
Victor was super helpful assisting me to find a specific nail tip and even offered to contact me once they were back in stock. Customer service such as this is sadly hard to find but super appreciated
I’ve been a customer at sally’s for over 10 years and this is by far the worst one. I’ve been doing my own tape in extensions for a few years and use the same products every time, and I came in about a month ago to find a product which they didn’t end up having, so the girl with the bleached and un-toned bowl cut sold me what she said would work and when I got home to look it up, everywhere online said that product will DESTROY tape in extensions.
