Amazing customer service from Beatrice! I had such a great experience at Sally’s thanks to Beatrice. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely took the time to listen to what I needed. Her recommendations for hair products were spot on — you can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about helping customers find the right fit. Great customer services the young lady that was working was super kind and sweet very respectful asked me if I needed help I didn’t have to ask highly recommend this place !!!!
The lady in the store was super rude. Bad customer service. They were disrespectful, and after they disrespectfully kicked me out of the store for letting them know that I didn’t want to be asked if I needed help multiple times within five minutes they ran to the back and started to hide when I asked for the corporate number and name.
Very rude customer service. I asked a very basic question. The girl working was extremely unfriendly and overall unhelpful.
