Very rude customer service. I asked a very basic question. The girl working was extremely unfriendly and overall unhelpful.

i see why this store has such a low rating 🤣 RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. went in with a product that had terrible results to return and they said they couldn’t take it back? it had about 20% product in it and they said it needs to be more then 50%? I had a truly frustrating experience at Sally's Beauty Supply recently that I feel compelled to share. I went into the store with my two daughters, one of whom is underage, and we were accused by an employee (SOL) of doing something we absolutely did not do—specifically, sticking tint brushes on a mannequin head. I was shocked by the assumption, especially since we were just browsing. This Sally’s has always been my go to Sallys for years now. I have been coming here and have gotten the best customer service the best product knowledge these girls know what they’re talking about but today I had an experience of customer being very rude to the staff. It is so crazy how nasty and ugly they talk to the staff when all they are trying to do is help customer. The customer service was still great.
