I've never been so irritated in my life. My siblings and I show up twenty minutes before closing time. Five minutes later, she informed us that she was closing the store 15 minutes early and urged us to hurry up. She than decided to turned OFF the lights, I had to put on my phone flashlight. Absolutely ridiculous and rude. Ten minutes before closing, she locks the door after a bunch of girls tries to enter. I was shopping at Sally’s with my sister when the old woman with frizzy black hair and glasses comes up to us and told us she was closing the store in five minutes my sister told her the store dosent close until 15 and she ignored us walking away, not even two minutes later she turns the lights off on us which was completely unprofessional. Just drive up the street to the other sally this one lacks custom service and professionalism.

I recently lost vision in one of my eyes and i came in looking to make a hair change to brighten my spirits. The girls at the front immediately saw me struggling a bit with the dye and ran to my aid to help me pick the perfect colors for what i was looking to do. They were knowledgable, kind, gave great advice, and made me feel confident that I could achieve my dream color with just a few steps! This is my favorite location and im so glad that its close by!
