Crappy experience, bad customer service ,came in 10min before closing asked for help and the lady couldn’t help check out a product for me instead just told me the closing hours…
I just left this store and I am so upset. The manager here is AMAZINGLY kind and sweet, her employees are trash. I just walked out 45 minutes ago with some wax for me and my sister. I get home and the seal is still on the bag but there's a hole in it. Considering waxing requires CLEAN wax I felt uncomfortable that someone potentially messed with the bag. I go back WITH my receipt WITH the product. I showed them what had occurred and the employees in Spanish began gossiping about how the bag was sealed when I left. I have bee... read more
They have a great selection of good products for hair and nails. Prices are reasonable, and occasionally you will find good sales. Customer service has been good for the most part. Parking can be challenging particularly in the Costco area, but if you’re patient someone will be pulling out of a parking spot soon enough but you’re better off visiting midweek. 😊 022024
