I will never step foot in this store again. My niece and I shopped at Sally's in Antioch. We were both overcharged. It took a week for my niece to get her $27.82 back into her account as she used her card. I was overcharged $9.73. That's a total of $37.55. Please check your receipts....The service was also very poor. They treated us as if we were going to steal products by following us around and repeatedly asking us if we "Needed help?" in an accusing tone. Not a PRO store This is not a PROFESSIONAL beauty supply store, which I think people expect. That said, their products are better then drugstore and less expensive. The store itself is cramped and very small and full of ignorant people. I still shop there though, because they have unique products that I can not by otherwise. I like the fact they they have items that are not "mainstream" and that are unique. They have a large section of

Not so beautiful If you are in the market for ethnic hair care products that are a litlle less mainstream this is not the place to go! You might as well save the gas and visit the other store in Pittsburg, CA.

Sally, Silly Sally Beauty Supply sounds like it would have a lot of good Beauty Supply products. I have found that they have a wide variety of items, but a lot of them are just not quality items. If you are in the market for a new appliance, go to Target and get a hairdryer or curling iron. If you need a new beauty product, go to a retailer you can trust.
