I went in to buy my son‘s perm solution, like usual, but I tried a different brand and the perm not only did not perm his hair, but it actually made his hair even looser and straighter than it was prior to doing it. I tried to exchange it out for another brand and was unable to without paying the difference, which I was not going to do. I asked for bleach to dye my dark hair and they offered a different product. The product they offered did not work. I went to get a refund and they said they could not refund me because I used more than half the product. (I followed the instructions staff gave me and what was on the package) I am very dissatisfied I wasted $30 and my hair looks the exact same.

I recently came in to shop for some items for a DoorDash order. Anna did an amazing job helping me find the items she immediately knew where each of them were that I needed and it was really quite impressive.

Didn't find what i was looking for... no a problem, found something i wanted because it was on a good sale. After I've picked my colors and go to pay, the sign is removed before coming to check me out..... I only got because it was on sale..... mind you its 1:30pm not like it just opened.... they were not very nice to start with.... will travel to idahofall location before returning here
