I asked for bleach to dye my dark hair and they offered a different product. The product they offered did not work. I went to get a refund and they said they could not refund me because I used more than half the product. (I followed the instructions staff gave me and what was on the package) I am very dissatisfied I wasted $30 and my hair looks the exact same.

I recently came in to shop for some items for a DoorDash order. Anna did an amazing job helping me find the items she immediately knew where each of them were that I needed and it was really quite impressive.

Didn't find what i was looking for... no a problem, found something i wanted because it was on a good sale. After I've picked my colors and go to pay, the sign is removed before coming to check me out..... I only got because it was on sale..... mind you its 1:30pm not like it just opened.... they were not very nice to start with.... will travel to idahofall location before returning here

Went into Sally's with my friend today and was very disappointed. The workers there were horrible. Ally? Or something that starts with an A was a horrible cashier and extremely rude. She wouldn't speak to me and rolled her eyes and cussed at me under her breath then pointed and talked abt myle and my friend while walking to our car. Will not ever be going to this location or another Sally's anywhere.
