Went into Sallys, Pocatello Idaho on August 6th at 8:20 and was very disappointed. The two young girls (girl with half pink hair, smaller girl long brown hair) on shift were horrible cashiers. The entire time we were in the store they whispered at pointed at us then when we went to check out they were so rude. I ordered an online order and the system was down upon picking up my order. I drove all the way from Blackfoot to Pocatello and they could have easily called their online orders to let them know their system was down and they could not pick them up. Your manager on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude and should not be in management nor in retail in general. I will no longer shop with Sally’s in Pocatello after this experience and will be taking my business to Idaho Falls.

I purchased a can of hair color because I needed to dress up as an old lady for my kindergarten class. I told the employee this and they helped me pick out a color, they said “this one will be great” so I bought it. It was not the correct grey at all and I couldn’t even complete my costume. I took it back but they refused to give me my refund or even store credit. For me, I am extremely let down and will never shop there.
