The past couple of times that I arrive at time of opening, it's always closed. I like this store because it's close to my house but the store never opens on time and once I stopped by around noon and there was a sign that said be back in 10 mins. I waited for the ten minutes and it wasn't until after 30+ minutes did the employee come open the door. There were other customers outside the door waiting as well. I hope they are able to figure this situation out and open as advertised.

Multiple bad experiences with plaza parkway and their staff who is very unknowledgeable helping you find the right products rude and very disrespectful staff. Although my first time shopping here I had a great experience was greeted with a smile when I walked in, the store was clean and organized, fully stocked because I found what I was looking for that the other store didn't have... overall good experience and no drama. I will definitely be spending my money here thank you ladies.

The lady with long purple hair is very nice she helped me find the products that I need. She also greeted me with a beautiful smile.
