Miranda was such a help today. I came in looking to dye my hair & she recommended the prefect product (Manic Panic Complete Hair Lightening Kit). I had previously used bleach free dye so my hair had a slight Amber/Copper tint but I needed it brighter. I told her what type of developer I would prefer which was 30vol & we talked over the steps when applying which I knew (Brad Mondo) but needed confirmation! I've never had a truly memorable experience at a Sally Beauty, but today my son (3) and I visited so I could purchase some hair supplies. Miranda brought my son stickers and allowed him to choose his favorites, and proceeded to help put them on him while I finished my shopping. When we left he said "Mama! Mirwanda made me sooo happy for these stickers!" So we'll definitely be back here again when I need to restock. Thank you for the great customer service, ladies!
