After going to the Odana road store and it being closed for the second time during store hours me and my friend decided to drive to the Middleton location and let’s just say the lady who is working was so rude! Never helped us and when we checked out and said thank you she answered with “sure”. Very not happy with the service today and feel as if this worker should not be in customer service.

Used to love this store but half the time when I try to go during their store hours it’s closed. I always check the website to see if their hours change but it’s the same.Today again their hours say 10-6, I went out of my way to go at 3:45 and all the lights are off and they are closed. I understand if they are short staff but if they are going to keep closing early they should at least post new hours on the door or on their website.

Went here once and I won’t be back. The employee working was too busy on the phone having a personal conversation to help me. I had to wait until she was off of her call to ask her a question. She wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

I came to Sally's to look for some left handed shears and couldn't find any so I went to another store. Rozy tracked me down in a whole other store to let me know there were a pair in stock. Rozy went above and beyond and I appreciate her dedication to customer service!
