bought hair care item less than 30 days ago. tried it twice and didnt like it. went to return it today, but only got store credit. nowhere on receipt does it state if you use it, you only get store credit. i did not use even half (or a quarter) of it, as they had to find another bottle to check how much was used. looked on sally beauty website and again, nowhere does it state that i cant get my money back if i was unhappy with the product. how am i supposed to know if i will like something if i havent tried it? reached out t... read more

Can the employees stop following you and asking you a question every two seconds. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable I ended up leaving.

I’m posting this for the company not the employees. It’s ridiculous that I can’t return a $110 lamp if it doesn’t work properly. I almost never shop here I should be able to get my money back. It shouldn’t matter if I used it or not it was an emergency that I needed this and it doesn’t work how i feel like it should. I got ONE use and it was only a week that I had to wait to return it. Maybe tell your employees to tell your customers that part of the policy when they ask if they can return items.

i recently went there and was greeted by these nice girls who made me feel welcome and helped me pick out what they thought would best fit my decision. emiline and marisa are extremely helpful and know what’s best. thank you guys for making me look fresh and clean!!

All the girls here are so extremely helpful and nice every time I come into this store. They give you tips and are really knowledgeable about products. I have allergies that can make some products hard to use, and they helped me figure out what would work for me. 10/10
