I purchased Ion titanium semi permanent color, which made my hair a purple/blue! I returned to Sally's with my complaint, but all I was advised to use was a clarififying shampoo. It did nothing. The hair expert chat advised Ion color correction. It did nothing. Then I remembered that years ago after a permanent dye, They recommended Strawberry Leopard. So now I am ordering it. The workers were super nice and helpful 😊 everything was pretty affordable too, better than I expected
bought hair care item less than 30 days ago. tried it twice and didnt like it. went to return it today, but only got store credit. nowhere on receipt does it state if you use it, you only get store credit. i did not use even half (or a quarter) of it, as they had to find another bottle to check how much was used. looked on sally beauty website and again, nowhere does it state that i cant get my money back if i was unhappy with the product. how am i supposed to know if i will like something if i havent tried it? reached out t... read more
