I can assure all of you that this is the most professional Sally’s I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of them and had bad experiences. Donna is the manger. She helped me with a defective item when nobody and I mean nobody would even listen to me. I purchased from another store and they could care less. I called the 1-800 number and still no help.
