Not only out of all the Sally beauty supplies in my area open an hour earlier than this location, the opening cashier attitude was hooooorrrrible. I'm use to the extra helpful & happy workers at the other locations. Clerk:U197522 was a rude something. I normally don't even bother with this review stuff but it's too early for lack of customer service I felt the need.

Great customer service and knowledge of the products they sell. I went in yesterday looking to dye my hair blonde after being a brunette for about a decade, and the 2 young ladies in the morning helped me out tremendously with the right products. Because of their knowledge, I was able to successfully bleach and apply the color I chose without causing much damage to my hair!

I had some questions regarding flat irons. The worker answered 1 general question and went about her business. Sad to see that even in store it’s hard to get customer service. I was surprised as they are usually so helpful. Not today and Not this employee. Receipt doesn’t show cashiers name and doesn’t offer any contact information for comments or questions. Very disappointing!

The girls have always been very helpful to me here and I have never had any issues. I've been doing my own hair for 10 years now, so I know what I need most of the time. But when I had issues getting it to the color I wanted, they were super helpful, and I was able to achieve what I wanted with minimum damage done to my hair. They were spot on with tips to help my daughters curly hair as well. Super friendly and always welcoming.
