The worker there was so invasive! My mom and I couldn’t even take a few steps down an aisle without her breathing down our neck. I’d look over to see her peeking in from the corner. She followed us every move and kept having an eye on us. She’d approach us and kept asking us if we needed help after we told her no we were okay and just looking around multiple times. If I could give this place no stars I would have! Never will I step into this Sally’s again!! Came to buy product and when they asked if I wanted a receipt checking out I said no thank you(not knowing their return policy) and a week later came to return the product I didn’t use and the manager wouldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t have my receipt. I went on Jan 22 and it was my daughter , my baby nephew and myself . We went in and we were greeted right away. They asked if we needed help I said no . One of the employees was following us around she would go and came back in the same isle that we were in and ask again if we needed help . I was just trying to decide what color I would be able to color my hair without turning it green. Thank you, Seda + the Sally team. You guys pointed me towards the right supplies to save me from a bad ‘highlight’ job, when I needed a quick fix. I had no idea what to do. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and saw many people being helped during my visit. Very grateful, all turned out well!!!

I put this one star because on your website it says you close at 9 for Thursday's ,but when I went the door was locked at 8:00pm. before you make me go and embarrass myself to buy, and spend my money at your shop correct your business hours.
