i have been an avid sally beauty customer for over 10 years and the experience i had today with their 2 hour delivery service was beyond horrible. while i do still recommend going to this store that is the only reason i even gave 2 stars. i do not reccomend under any circumstances that you place an online order for delivery. my order today was supposed to be here at 10:15 this morning. it is now after 3 pm and i still do not have my products. my order was transferred stores twice and still no one ever picked up my order. aft... read more

I absolutely love this specific location! They are always so kind & very attentive to their costumers. I never feel like a bother when I ask them repeated questions on certain products. Thank you ladies!

The worker there was so invasive! My mom and I couldn’t even take a few steps down an aisle without her breathing down our neck. I’d look over to see her peeking in from the corner. She followed us every move and kept having an eye on us. She’d approach us and kept asking us if we needed help after we told her no we were okay and just looking around multiple times. If I could give this place no stars I would have! Never will I step into this Sally’s again!! Came to buy product and when they asked if I wanted a receipt checking out I said no thank you(not knowing their return policy) and a week later came to return the product I didn’t use and the manager wouldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t have my receipt.
