Bad I went 13 minutes before closing just to get a shampoo and I try to go in and there was two girls and saw me and they had the door close and they didn’t bother to ask if I needed anything bad customer service if they would off come out and say we are close I would understand
They need to update the time on their website I have waisted time to travel to the store and they updated the times to close at 8 pm the time should match the website. Also they are so annoying when you go in they are all over you. Backoff let me browse and shop I dread going in but I need my hair supplies .
5/14/26 Today I stopped by this Sally’s very briefly with my teenage daughter, I was greeted by associate and she Proceeded to ask me what brought me in and if I need any help? I did ask for a particular item and the Associate was no help at all. I proceeded to shop as I was going towards your register I noticed the Associate was watching me the whole time. I was very disgusted and felt humiliated, especially in front of my young daughter. I will not return to this store to shop. This is exactly why I shop online.
i have been an avid sally beauty customer for over 10 years and the experience i had today with their 2 hour delivery service was beyond horrible. while i do still recommend going to this store that is the only reason i even gave 2 stars. i do not reccomend under any circumstances that you place an online order for delivery. my order today was supposed to be here at 10:15 this morning. it is now after 3 pm and i still do not have my products. my order was transferred stores twice and still no one ever picked up my order. aft... read more
I absolutely love this specific location! They are always so kind & very attentive to their costumers. I never feel like a bother when I ask them repeated questions on certain products. Thank you ladies!
