Staff was helpful and nice.
I came into this location and bought a 20 Volume bottle of developer as well as toner, a bleach packet and a tube of Copper ion permanent brights hair color. The developer turned out to be a return item which someone likely used, and then refilled with conditioner before returning it. It obviously had an adverse affect when I used the bogus developer with the other items I bought..
