I love this place. The people are so nice and helpful especially a woman named Rose. She was extremely helpful and helped me achieve what I wanted to do with my hair with the product she recommended. It was amazing service 10/10.

Sally’s worker was so incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole time I was there! I went on July 17, 2024 and the woman with the purple hair was so incredibly sweet and so fun to talk to. She genuinely seemed like she cared about my hair and wanted the best for me. I wish her all the love please give her a raise

I went on 7/17/24 around 1:30pm. The nice lady with purple hair was absolutely amazing when we had questions about dying hair. She was such a great and lovely person to talk to and genuinely seemed like she wanted the best for us. I didn’t get her name, but she deserves the recognition. I love the Sally’s Beauty in West Chester :-)

the girl with the pink hair told me to bleach my already bleached hair and it ruined it even more it didn’t take the yellow out like she said it would and my friend got red hair dye and it didn’t dye

Tried to purchase something for my daughter for her salon. Website says they had it for pickup. Called store person didn't even know what it was I needed.
