On 6/26/26 I came into Sallys with a need for emergency help! Awesome staff, I didn't catch either of their names, but I walked in (emberrassed because I grew up with a hairdresser for my caretaker) with a giant mess of un-toned bleached hair on half of my head and the other side was a darker pink (that I didn't originally want) but my first choice didn't take so I went a little darker trying to fix it (honestly I should have just gone to sallys after the first color went wrong) but anyways, I could only go darker from there... read more
At the Lowell Sally’sAtoro what a wonderful boy incredible what he did for me today one of the girls accidentally gave me a hair filler instead of a 20 volume. He is my hero. I’m 56 years old with horrible hair. He just went out of his way to make sure I left extremely happy Iwent in there crying Atoro is a beautiful soul. You people are extremely lucky to have him as an employee. I pray that you are paying him top dollar thank you.
Yesterday the employee greeted me right away and handled 2 customers at once. They asked me if I needed help with hair color which I absolutely did. I told them that I wanted brown roots, and my faded gray/blonde turned red last time I used a box of color from the pharmacy. Recommendation for the mixing solution was spot on. It looks fantastic and you made my week! I'm a little late to the game, but just go to Sally!
