I got this bond and seal, and there was literally no bond coming out whenever I was trying to put it on the eyelash for it to stick to my eyelids. There was no bond in there. I had to scrape the bond off of the mascara stick so if you’re looking for a good bond, I would recommend that you try a different one and Sally’s always has really good products but I just don’t know what happened with this one.
