First time and first ever purchase from any Sally’s store. I will never come back. The lady with glasses at the register, shorter gal has the worst customer service ever. Also be sure to ask about THE RETURN POLICY. I go back in the very next day to return a shaver I bought and literally the girl at the counter and I got into it, she snapped at me. the employee was very kind and helpful, but she did not offer me a receipt. after leaving the store i realized i purchased the wrong product, and i went back to exchange it. since i was just there i figured it would not be a problem, but she was very rude when she told me since i did not have a receipt, she couldn’t do anything. i was not offered a receipt, so this is not my fault, and now i’m stuck with a product i have no use for. f sally’s fr all my friends and i are done going there!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The woman working the register (who I now believe is the manager based on a phone conversation) was unhelpful and dismissive. I asked if there were alternatives to avoid ordering a shampoo, and her only response was that there weren't any and that I should order it online. What really stood out was how unprofessional she was—she spent the entire time filing her nails. Really friendly staff. The employee was very helpful. She took her time and helped me find the correct products, and understand the differences between the various ones so I could pick the best one for what we needed. I was very pleased with the helpful service. Would have no problem going to this location again.
