I walked in this morning and Patricia helped me find everything on my list. Even the new item that was on a separate display. It felt like an old school shopping experience where I was treated like a valued customer. I usually feel like I get a lot of help when I shop there, but this felt a bit different. She brightened my day after a morning spent stressing about a minor medical procedure.

This was a while ago, but they falsely accused me of theft. Lied saying that I ran from the store among other things they made up. In court, we were waiting for their witness to show up and I was told they didn’t, so the whole thing never went anywhere. I was younger and didn’t know that I could sue them for putting me through all that. Garbage place. Garbage employees. Get a good lawyer if this ever happens to you.

I went to Sally’s to get hair extensions for my wedding .The ladies who was helping me told me the extensions were longer than they were. When I tried to return them, they would not return them because I had opened them even though they were never used or put in my hair When I called customer service for help. They said there was nothing they could do. I suggest not going to Sally’s because they make policies that purposely screw their customers over. I ordered online for an in-store pickup. I had paid for a CHI flat iron that they have 2 different models for. One is half the price of the other. I paid for the more expensive one. I had to have someone else pick up my order because I live 5 hours away, and I don't live close to a Sally Beauty Supply. When I opened my bag, I discovered they had packed the less expensive model. Employees are sooo RUDE! We were told if we’re buying one thing we can’t use cash… I hope someone teaches the worker Xiomara some manners and how to speak to people.
