Incompetent workers. Went in for an exchange.. ended up getting a refund. Which was not what I wanted . The person working was new and left at the store alone and had to call her boss to come in and help her .

I walked in this morning and Patricia helped me find everything on my list. Even the new item that was on a separate display. It felt like an old school shopping experience where I was treated like a valued customer. I usually feel like I get a lot of help when I shop there, but this felt a bit different. She brightened my day after a morning spent stressing about a minor medical procedure.

This was a while ago, but they falsely accused me of theft. Lied saying that I ran from the store among other things they made up. In court, we were waiting for their witness to show up and I was told they didn’t, so the whole thing never went anywhere. I was younger and didn’t know that I could sue them for putting me through all that. Garbage place. Garbage employees. Get a good lawyer if this ever happens to you.
