there’s an older blonde-ish lady who works here and she is just the sweetest thing. she was knowledgeable on products i had questions about, and helped me find a product i buy frequently that was moved due to a promotion. she also recommended a product for my curly, unmanageable hair that made my color more vibrant and saved my ends! she deserves all the praise in the world.

Cashiers wanted to argue with me on how to do my hair like I was an imbecile and couldn’t read directions. Not to mention they aren’t licensed professionals and shouldn’t be giving people advice, I felt like they thought I was stupid. If I wanted “professional advice” I’d have went to a professional that isn’t working at a sally beauty supply. Been doing my own hair for years without failure. :)

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visits to Sally's. On my first visit, I spent $48 and was told that the products I purchased would meet my needs. However, when I used them, the toner did not work. I returned the next day and spent an additional $58, but the products still did not work. I went here this morning and the lady Sharon working was amazing, she had great customer service and helped me get the products I needed for my hair when I was a little bit clueless. The store was also very clean with good variety of products!

Discontinued a brand that even they said was a great seller. Go figure
