I bought the generic shampoo that is supposed to be like Paul Mitchell. They’ve always said that if you don’t like something bring it back. Well it was on sale and it was by two for $15. I didn’t like the shampoo so I brought it back to exchange it for a different Paul Mitchell generic shampoo. This store is amazing! I love the energy and friendliness of everybody there. Emma, the manager, and Ashley, are so fantastic and helpful. Emma knows so much I was shocked when she said she wasn’t licensed! And Ashley is so sweet and has the best energy. I love all of the girls over there!

I went here to get a hair color. I have never colored my own hair. I think the young lady who helped me was Ashley. She walked me through the whole color process. She even wrote down the instructions for me. My hair turned out the same as when I go to the salon. Customer service has become a thing of the past. My experience with Ashley Sally’s was the best I've had in years. She was warm, kind and provided me with many options. You don’t that find that level of service anymore.
