A worker named Carter was extremely rude. My friend and I were searching for hair dye and some other things. While we were looking, she kept jumping into our conversations. Went here today and talked to an amazing lady told me everything to get she was amazing she recommended a crème lightener I’ve never used a crème lightener so I thought I’d try it yeah I will NEVER use it again my hair fell out in clumps I used the 10 developer it didn’t lighten any of my hair no fault to the worker I adored she was very sweet! we were recommended a clear gloss and it dyed our purple-pink-orange hair a teal blue. it also made the orange brown and messed up the pink. do not buy any clear glosses they recommend.
