Came in at 9:30 to the store still closed and no one is answering the phone or in the store. Super helpful.
Either its bad replacement suggestions for items you don't have, some items are out of stock for literal months, or the fact this place never opens on time. Currently its been 90 mins past the time they were supposed to open and it's still not open. Not worth the stuggles tbh.
A worker named Carter was extremely rude. My friend and I were searching for hair dye and some other things. While we were looking, she kept jumping into our conversations. I mentioned that one brand was horrible for your hair to my friend and she came out of nowhere almost yelling “that wasn’t factual”. Went here today and talked to an amazing lady told me everything to get she was amazing she recommended a crème lightener I’ve never used a crème lightener so I thought I’d try it yeah I will NEVER use it again my hair fell out in clumps I used the 10 developer it didn’t lighten any of my hair no fault to the worker I adored she was very sweet!
