I’ve been helped by the pink haired employee several times, this is my go to sally’s and have never experienced this odor. If there was an issue, it may have been an isolated situation. Public comments about someone’s body odor feel unnecessarily personal and don’t reflect the excellent service I’ve consistently received. Did we all encounter the same SMELLY worker?!?! She has long bright pink hair, she smelled SO BAD like rotten/sour!! I couldn't stand being around her, I wanted to THROW UP from the smell.. I left immediately.. PLEASE get some soap girl, because DAMN..
Same experience with “Stinky”. Sally’s B. Supply has been my go 2 for over 25 yrs. No matter which state or county I’m in. BUT this location (12th St. Hanford, Ca.) needs an “Undercover Boss” visit. Beyond rude, lacking product knowledge, presentation and professionalism. This Sally’s employees’ personal hygiene needs to be addressed!
An employee helped me today, great service, but she had a strong body odor. She was very sweet but had to make my visit short.
