As much as I lovee Sally Beauty, this location is either a great experience or horrible. Most of the staff is so kind and helpful, but will also give you space to find what you need. There is one lady in particular that just hovers and every experience I have had with her she has been very passive aggressive and at times rude, even to other customers. The first time I had been “helped,” by her I didn’t want help but she kept insisting and then rushed me out of the door at 5:50 pm. It makes me wonder what she is going through... read more

If you have a coupon, make sure you spend the total amount or they take the remaining balance. What a ripoff!! Give you a coupon, then take it back. Wish the cashier would have explained beforehand!!

The customer service level at this store is subpar and that’s saying it nicely. The judgement alone is enough to make you not want to go back. Shame.

I go here quite a lot and usually have a pretty positive experience, most the employees know me and help me when I need it, but a certain employee has kept me from going lately and unfortunately today she was there. She hovers and watches every single thing I pick up. I put something back and went to cash out and she immediately asked if I decided not to get it. As a black woman it just felt a little off. I called this store at 730p and asked if they were still open and they said yes till 8pm and I said Ok I'm 2 minutes away..... when I got there all the lights were off and the store was closed. They literally closed as soon as they hung up with me.
