great costumer service! Ive been here a couple times and all times were good but when i came in the other day they asked if i needed any help and were super sweet and when i was off a few dollars one of them were going into a tip jar i think and even her wallet to help me out :) they even tried helping me get cheaper products that work just as great so the price could go in my budget and the place is very organized and amazing

One lady with a cute hat was nice at the register but the girl who rang me out with purple hair couldn’t have been more annoying to deal with. Why you gonna get mad at me for asking why the item I picked out wasn’t in the bag cause you put similar but different item in the bag instead? That’s just weird AF. Attitude wild.

I bought a electric brush and unfortunately lost the receipt. The product doesn’t work the way I thought it would but i am not allowed to return it. When it was sold to me the clerk should have said for electronic items you need the receipt in order to return. Now I am stuck with a $74 product that I can’t use. 🤦‍♀️ Sally’s customer service is awful but they don’t care 🤷‍♀️
