I don't normally write reviews but the customer service at this locations is EXCELLENT. I was greeted and offered assistance by Cadence as soon as I walked into the door. I declined, and she was respectful. As I was about to leave empty handed, the manager offered assistance again. The manager explained the different types of shampoo and conditoner products and was able to give me a personalized recommendation (the Bryan water is super drying to my hair).
