I had a return to make and I needed hair dye. I asked the 2 young girls that were working there to help me with finding the proper hair dye and they brought me over to a section that they said had all the hair dyes I would need. Every time I had a question it seemed to be a bother to them, they were not very interested in helping me. I looked through the colors and chose 6 hair colors. Check Your Receipt – Make sure to check your receipt and your bank account if this store is having any computer problems on the day of your purchase. I handed over two cards because they were having problems with each one. Finally I gave them cash. Later on I checked my accounts and what should I see,but the sale I paid cash for. This didnt make me happy. Depends what day you go... – Greatly depends on who is working. Some employees nice and helpful BUT some downright rude and won't help at all!!

the worst customer service – I just want to say this place is so unprofessional. When you ask for questions or assistance they just give you an attitude or IF ASK for a price WHEN your confuse , 'they just point and say there is the price look there "or WHEN ASK FOR ASSISTANCE AND THERE BUSY they wont even say "i will be right with and assist you JUST GIVE ME A MOMENT" no they just look at you and say with an attitude "WAIT". The customer service is very bad. The employees do not treat customers good; they are rude, and not friendly. Close the store earlier than supposed to, and don't let customers in. Close the door right before your face. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE>
