Ray lived up to the name of a Ray of sunshine! She was so helpful the entire time of making the decision to purchase some hair color and developer. I needed an alternative to Schwarzkopf hair dye, as normal consumers cannot purchase it. I called the store and Ray was very kind and she was willing to look up some alternatives for me to pursue. Fist the lady wasn't very helpful and seamed upset that me a white lady was piercing hair care products for black woman my children are biracial so it what we get for there hair then tells me I'll get 20 off today if I apply for the card as soon as I was done applying she hit a button quickly and say now we'll have to wait to get the 20$ off then I look at my baking app the next day and the very unprofessional lady charged my card twice really so you lied about the 20$ off today and Dubble charged me.
