While I was greeted upon entering, the overall customer service experience was disappointing. I asked for advice about achieving a cherry cola hair color for my daughter and approached one employee who had red hair, assuming she might have experience or insight. Both employees sat directly in front of me, looking at each other back and forth, and there was a long, awkward pause where no one responded.
