I enjoy being able to buy supplies I need in person and be able to take them back if Im not happy... especially tools. I recently bought Wahls Magic Clip Cordless Clippers, Andis Slim Line Pro li cordless trimmers and Wahls Finale Shaver shaper. Love all 3 products, but Sallys does not sell the replacement blades for any of them!! I spent over $200.00 for all 3 and I cant buy replacemnt blades to keep them maintained!?!?? completely different customer experience than before! although i love lysa, the previous staff was more than unfriendly. It always seemed like i was bothering them with questions and once had to return 3 times because i was given the wrong products. Now it is a joy to walk in!! They treat you soooo well and answer all questions with a smile!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE Sally's!!! Keep up the good work ladies!!!
