You should be ashamed of yourselves. My daughter and I just came from the Port Chester location where an older lady who was working with blonde hair was on the phone and said "two little black girls came in looking for hair. " Then as we were shopping for brushes, her and her coworker were staring at us the entire time from the desk. There was no need to stalk us. This location is racist. mind you, my daughter and I are tan latinas.
The guy in there was rude about this ridiculous mask mandat which isn't a law, and on my way out the door he so arrogantly told me it was. it is NOT and anyone who can read would see that. I will never shop at Sally's again, and I hope you go out of business. such rude employees.

You get what you pay for so if the electricals seem pricey you are buying quality stuff!!!! Buy one and use for forever type quality- Employees are sweet- My favorite person is Carly She will definitely point you in the right direction. Sarah the manager is smart and can explain the difference between ion and ceramics or Demi versus semi 😬 Go !!!! you won’t be disappointed

I just had to take a minute to give huge props to this awesome store! Great prices and the employees are wonderful. I'm terrible with names, but the guy with the silvery blue hair is epic plus and has helped me soooo much with my quest to find the perfect shade of grey for my hair. We're so lucky to have such an awesome store with such knowledgeable and helpful employees here in Bemidji. If you're coloring your hair at home this is absolutely the place to go. �
