Went to Sally's today with a thumbnail that was torn ver close to the quick. Store clerk was extremely helpful, recommending an acrylic nail kit that was easy to use, had everything included and worked flawlessly to repair the nail until it can grow out. Thank you!
This is a review on the customer service that I DID NOT ask for. The fat cow that greeted me when I walked in and proceeded to passive aggressively give me “help” that I did not need or ask for at 11:15 a.m. 5/25/24 was extremely RUDE for absolutely no reason. I’m not sure why you have someone with that kind of attitude working in a store that up until now I have enjoyed going into, but there needs to be a change with that one employee in particular.
Came here a while ago for some red hair dye and forgot to leave a good review The woman who helped me was extremely helpful and kind, I felt welcomed to look around and ask questions, the dye worked out perfect too :) 10/10
