Staff are really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The manager here goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. This is our favorite Sally’s!
Customer experience stems from customer service! And my customer service at this store was way less than satisfactory! Papi will take me elsewhere to do my business. You know you're suppose to be upbeat with customers and know your product especially when you work in a beauty supply store. Women come there to feel pretty NOT TO BE PRETTY MUCH TOLD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
