If I could give it a 0 I would! Absolutely worst experience in Sally’s and I visit Sally’s often. Very rude customer service.
I'm terrible with names but both girls helped me choose hair color and helped with every question and concerns I had, offered things I might need. Every time I go in there, it's very welcoming and I have great conversations.

Connie is such a sweetheart she has been so helpful each time i go in the store. Very informative and helps me get the most with my sally rewards!
