Staff are very helpful and friendly
Went there on Saturday with My wife. The employees were very nice and helpful and professional Not that I would have to regularly visit, but My wife had to go back again the next day with lots of questions regarding her hair. Lorry helped me with all of the kindness in her heart. I came in a little frantic and not knowing exactly what I needed and she had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and also shared some wholehearted wisdom I needed to hear for the day. Thank you for giving a 110% customer service. It really touched my heart and uplifted my day.
Lori, the store manager is the sweetest person ever. I started getting emotional at the store because I was so anxious because It’s my first time not doing anything stupid on my hair 😅 and she just gave the best advice ever and she really helped me out figuring out my hair. God bless that woman!!!😁 and God bless the rest of the employees because they were so sweet and overall humble and wise people.
Lori, the store manager, racial profiled me and I will never grace your store again! She is very unfriendly, unprofessional and inept.
