Super kind ladies here that always help me find what I need every time with a kind attitude and demeanor going above and beyond helping me out with my hair colors and hair maintenance.
The sales lady stood and looked at me the whole time while I was looking at stuff,as if I was going to shoplift.
I’ve gone to Sally’s multiple times and its always been a pleasant visit, however a couple weeks ago I went in and Gabriella helped me choose a dry shampoo she recommended Eva nyc she said she used it and it worked amazing. After using it for 2 weeks I started to notice my scalp becoming sensitive and a lot of flaking occurring. Ever since I stopped using it my scalp has slowly started to recover, I hope the employees have knowledge of the products they recommend before giving recommendations!!
Were gossiping with each other instead of attending customer at cashier. One even took out phone to take a personal call until finally attending me.
