The sales associate was extremely helpful as i did not know what to get to dye hair pink.
Cashier was rude and unprofessional. My friend went in about 10 minutes before closing knowing exactly what she needed, we were in and out in a few minutes and the cashier felt the need to be extremely snarky and condescending. She said that they “normally close early on Sundays.” Working a customer service job is not easy but it is not an impossible feat to be pleasant.
I went in to find a certain product that I needed. The girl at the cash register had a wool hat on and was standing there watching me look for it. The other girl knew I was looking for it and she finally spoke up. What a horrible experience. I'll never go there again.
Rude..no customer service skills. In the store for 15 mins..no greeting and no help. Another person came in while I was there and the Rep decided to help that person but totally ignored me even walked in front of me..no polite "excuse me".
