I normally love this place but came here just to say I don't appreciate whoever was working here Jan 22. First of all, I came in for an exchange and she immediately did a refund instead. There was a customer waiting to check out so I moved aside assuming that she was going to help him first because I didnt even pick out the item I wanted to exchange for yet and she just looked at me like I was stupid.
