We just went here to grab my sister some new purple dye. Immediately we got in and she came way too close and gave my sister Arctic Fox purple direct dye. It’s a beautiful color but she wasn’t interested. The woman then continued to open up the bottle and break the seal to show her ‘just how good it smelt’. This was incredibly unprofessional and this woman clearly had never worked in a salon before.
