The girls are always so helpful. Every visit to Sally’s is a great one. They are also great with my girls and all their questions about products. 100% recommend to everyone.
I walked in, the lady was speaking with a customer. Then I waited for my turn. Another customer enters and the lady asks what she needs, she must be het friend because they spoke in Spanish. I left the store, the lady needs better customer service training. I said " i was waiting for you, I may have to come back", and she replied that is ok. Tal vez le debo haber hablado con mi perfecto español académico, pero tal vez no me habría entendido. Tendré que comprar la plancha alaciadora en Ulta Beauty.
