If I could give a zero they would get it, my wife went into the store with are children while I was at work, but the MANAGER DECIDED to tell my wife she needed to control are children and that my wife didn't know what she was looking for anyways, she doesn't realize that she (my wife) is a state board certified cosmotoligist, we will be looking to contact corporate for further assistance.
I’ve been shopping at Sally Beauty in Rockingham, NC since my high school days. I don’t live in the area anymore, but I still stop by whenever I’m in town and need beauty supplies. The store is always clean and well organized, which I really appreciate. On my most recent visit, the customer service was stellar! I went in to pick up a Kaleidoscope product, and the associate even told me about Kaleidoscope’s new Curl Math line — which was super helpful. I was in there a few weeks ago and the manager was great for the most part(she was doing her job i guess) the other 2 associates were awful (as people). When walked everything was fine, I was greeted then asked if I could use help finding anything, blah, blah......no thank you, I know pretty much what I'm afte. Ok so the store fairly small (3/4 aisles, at the most) the 2 associates stand at the front door and just stare at me.
