This is probably my first time ever feeling the need to write a review, esp a negative one! We were treated very rudely at the Union City location after my fiance wanted to exchange a pair of clippers he HAD NEVER USED and only purchased about a week ago. The woman whom I am guessing was the senior employee or manager (not sure because she still supposedly had to get on the phone to call a superior) was even rude to the other young woman who was working with us and trying to resolve the situation. I dye my hair A LOT and Sallys is where I always get my products. Smaller store but has everything you could need. Definitely recommend

I usually don’t have bad experiences here and I hate to leave a bad review but I’m so displeased with my last purchase and experience.i had been trying so hard to get back to my natural color dark ashy blonde and went into the store with precise instructions from my stylist ( I’ve been seeing religiously for 12 years) the lady there asked to help and I told her exactly what I wanted and that I came from my stylist but she insisted it wasn’t what I need to get a 5N I told her twice that was not what I wanted she grabbed the c... read more
