1:21pm im leaving you store. I came in associates were in the back talking i was never helped. They didn't even know I was in the store. I could have robbed it they wouldn't have known. Very poor service

This is probably my first time ever feeling the need to write a review, esp a negative one! We were treated very rudely at the Union City location after my fiance wanted to exchange a pair of clippers he HAD NEVER USED and only purchased about a week ago. The woman whom I am guessing was the senior employee or manager (not sure because she still supposedly had to get on the phone to call a superior) was even rude to the other young woman who was working with us and trying to resolve the situation. I dye my hair A LOT and Sallys is where I always get my products. Smaller store but has everything you could need. Definitely recommend
