Woman running the store was off putting and borderline confrontational about my description of a hair color I wanted. She kept repeating how I was wrong despite me agreeing with her "correct color" immediately. Made me feel stupid and like she thought I was being rude or something. She was overall not very pleasant, and I think I'd rather drive to a different location than interact with her again.

I went in to my local store for some hair color and a cute little thing named Maddy helped me. She remembered the color I got last time and helped me choose a slightly different shade this time, based on what I wanted different. She knew what developer I needed, what ratio to mix the two and she was just so much fun to chat with. I appreciate excellent customer service and I will be a return customer. Thanks so much.

Minimal nail supplies.... though more products are arriving each time I stop in. Very helpful staff. Definitely saved my hair... They advised me on corrective products, worked within my budget, and made the process easier. The store is getting more products in, and the redo of shelves is really effective in merchandise representation. March 2022... Manager is great at her job... Staff are very helpful and accommodating.
