Older Lady with short black hair that was wearing a mask was super rude I think she needs a refresher on customer service!!
Never someone in the front to greet you. The women comes out of the back standoffish. If you don’t like people you should not be working in customer service.
Woman running the store was off putting and borderline confrontational about my description of a hair color I wanted. She kept repeating how I was wrong despite me agreeing with her "correct color" immediately. Made me feel stupid and like she thought I was being rude or something. She was overall not very pleasant, and I think I'd rather drive to a different location than interact with her again.
