New team seems great… except the lady that keeps recommending 40 volume developer. You can hear her outside talking badly about her employees and overall isn’t very helpful. I’ve had better luck with the other ladies on the team. God bless you if she hands you a 40 and a packet of bleach… run!!!
The young lady that was working Thursday June 13 I believe her name is Erin. Was absolutely amazing! I watched her help and elderly lady that was in the store. After the lady made her purchase Erin opened the door for her and helped her step off the curbside where she would not lose her balance.

I went in for some bleach & developer only. I was greeted by friendly faces & was just happy to still see a Sally around. Great customer service & the store was neat.
