I have always gotten great service at this store and gotten my questions answered. Today was no different. They didn't have what I needed but had ideas of where to look and I found what I needed. Thanks again!
Scammy store. They sell used hair clippers with oil and hair on them, then say you can’t return them due to store policy. Jenna even said they don’t look new but she couldn’t return them due to policy. I asked how I received such a used pair and she said they were sent that way. I called corporate. Don’t shop here.
I went in today 6/21 and the Associate who helped me was amazing! I don’t know what her name is, but I asked if she could give me her opinion and she helped me pick the perfect color for my hair. She explained the process to me and took time to make sure I got the color that I wanted. With her help, I was able to color my hair and it came out perfectly. Thank you! 😊
