Carolyn helped me with choosing appropriate products and finding bargains. She was amazing!
Unprofessional ane extremely poor customer service. I came with a smile on my face and greeted the cashier. It was as if I did something wrong. I asked a question and cashier was bothered. However, employees were too busy having a personal conversations than assisting the customer. They were upset about ringing each up on company time. As a customer, I shouldn't know that info. Upon leaving, a group of Caucasian women came and was all smiles and politeness at it's finest. WTH
I called, and Maria answered the phone. She was very polite. I explained what I was looking for and she found it and held the item until I got there. She was even polite in person.
