After a COMPLETE disaster at a Sally’s in Plano (left review already), coming here was a breath of fresh air! The young licensed professional, that helped my daughter salvage her Senior Prom, came to our rescue!! I can’t say thank you enough for your time, professionalism, and expertise! You came through! UPDATE: the argon oil color remover absolutely smells like rotten eggs and after numerous washes almost 2 weeks later still smells! The youth of this world is going to destroy so many businesses. I went to Sally's yesterday to purchase hair color. The girl at the front mumbled " hello" when I walked in. I had a question about something and when I approached the counter I stood in a place you could tell i wanted to ask a question. I stood there for about 45 seconds before I was able to get the girls attention. She looked at me, didn't say a word, I asked my question.
