Update: I went to the store on 7/31 to make a return dreading it when I walked up to an employee who ended up being the manager. SHE WAS WONDERFUL and made me feel better. The situation that happened before was not representation of the store, its workers or the manager. I always had a pleasant experience shopping and will continue to visit this location. Thank you!!! I went into this Sally's store #3709 I was greeted when I walked in by two youg ladies named Drew and Danani . They went above and beyond to help me when I asked them about the different products and sales. I had stoppped going to Sally's because of the customer service that I had recieved from differnt stores in the past. But I will defintely return to this location . Sally's thanks for finally hiring people who know the products that you sale and are willing to help their customers.
Please STAFF YOUR STORE ACCORDINGLY! Closing the store for a 30minute break is unacceptable for business. If you can't afford staff then you need to close down. 2 people should always be working. Where's the customer service these days??? Very unprofessional and very unbusiness like.
My visits have always been fantastic here. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They've always been able to help me find what I need and offer good advice. Should have left a review sooner tbh. Recently I stopped by and got some great guidance from Appolyon. Thanks for the help!
I am truly fed up with the inexcusable customer service I constantly receive at this Sally’s location, though I continue to shop here due to its convenience. Today, while checking out, the cashier—who was new—displayed an unacceptable attitude and lackluster customer service. Good service in retail should be universal no matter how new you are.
