This is an issue with sally beauty, not the individual staff working there (the individual staff were quite nice and helpful), can you staff your stores properly so that if an employee needs to go get food they don't have to close the store temporarily? I came on MY lunchbreak to pick up an order and I don't live close by and waited here for 30 minutes because the store was closed with a sign that said "be back in 30 minutes".
