Went to Sally's on Greensprings last night and bought some pretty Kiss glue on nails that color changes. Applied them before bedtime so glue could really adhere. Went about my day and found two nails split down the center, one broke in half, and one popped off and one chipped on the tip. Gosh. All that for $11. I placed an online/pickup in store order, and they refused to honor the online clearance pricing. They said they had everything in stock, but their prices were higher in store; they said they couldn't honor the price I paid and asked me to cancel. I called corporate customer service, who called the store and made them agree to honor the price I paid. Instead, the store canceled the order. Today we went to look for some things, we are Spanish speakers she didn't know Spanish and we didn't know English we were never disrespectful with her, we just asked her something and she we understood okay that's fine, what's not right was how she reacted she yelled at us and told us that she couldn't speak Spanish, she left she almost pushed us she was African-American with rose tattoos, the customer service on her part is horrible.
