Always happy and talks about everything going on medically and personally. Never had a bad experience. She will help in any way possible
I had an appointment with the Doctor at 10:00am on a Wednesday for clinic at the Okaloosa County Health Department. I drive 1 1/2 hours each way to see her. When I arrived I was told the appointment was at 9:45am and she refused to see me. I entered the time and date on my computer as 10:00am, the appointment card says 10:00am and the reminder call was confirmed as 10:00am. This Dr Cooper is an idiot! Find another doctor!
