Worst primary care doctor I’ve had in a while. I felt the appointment was completely rushed, and it was almost as if my appointment time wasn’t inconvenience to her based on her tone and how she barely addressed my questions.
Based on my experience, Sally Alwan demonstrates a lack of professionalism and patient-centered care. After waiting nearly 50 minutes alone in an exam room, she refused to take accountability for her significant tardiness and instead blamed me for choosing to leave the appointment out of respect my own time. INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waist your time and money because she doesn't care for her patients. I was misdiagnosed by her when urgent surgery was needed.
